Trends and reports

Read activity trends, compare projects, and understand when the dashboard needs more history.

Last updated August 8, 2026

The Trends page turns recorded run and action data into daily and project-level views.

Required permission: app:read, which every authenticated organization role receives by default.

  1. Select Trends.
  2. Choose the available time range.
  3. Review Actions Proposed, Active Projects, and Avg Actions / Day.
  4. Read the Daily Actions Trend chart for activity over time.
  5. Compare project activity in Per-Project Action Stack and Project Comparison.

Interpret empty states#

Trend views need recorded run history. If a chart says Not enough run history yet or No trend data found:

  1. Confirm a board is connected.
  2. Complete at least one run.
  3. Check Runs for a stored result.
  4. Return to Trends and refresh.

Export for offline review#

The trend screen does not provide its own export control. Export run or action data from Runs as CSV or PDF, then use that artifact for a meeting or audit review.

Metrics reflect data stored for the current organization. A scheduled standalone bot run appears in the dashboard only when its audit output is ingested into the SaaS database for the correct organization.
